As Group Sagun, our priority is to carry out sustainable seafood production in every region of Türkiye—surrounded by seas on three sides—within the framework of respect for nature and in accordance with the world’s most advanced standards. Given our position in the sector, continuous research and development activities are among our top priorities.

Additionally, within our company we employ a team of 150 specialists, all graduates of various universities’ faculties of fisheries, including aquaculture engineers and fisheries technology engineers. These engineering teams work across our widespread factories and farms throughout Türkiye, while also dedicating significant effort to the training and integration of new staff and to continuous business development. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for fish processing, freezing, and packaging, and they operate under high hygiene standards. In the laboratories present at each of our facilities, microbiological cultures are performed not only for fish health but also for our factories and farms, ensuring the preservation of high production standards.
