Born in 1980, Firdevs Külekçioğlu began her professional career in the family business after graduating from Uludağ University with a degree in Foreign Trade and Business Administration. She has served as a Board Member at Group Sagun since 2001.
In 2018, she became the first female board member of the Istanbul Association of Seafood and Animal Products Exporters, and she continues to hold these positions today.
