Once the fish are harvested at sea, they are immediately preserved using onboard rapid-cooling and freezing systems, maintaining peak freshness from the moment of catch.

In addition to tuna harvest vessels, Sagun’s fleet includes a fully equipped processing and refrigerated cargo ship. This specialized vessel enables the seamless processing, freezing, and international transportation of Bluefin Tuna and other species, ensuring that product quality is protected throughout the entire journey—from open waters to global markets.
