Today, the Group exports 70% of its production and operates with a workforce of 1,500 employees. The Group currently exports directly to 35 countries, primarily in Europe and Japan.

Having grown Kemal Balıkçılık into Türkiye’s largest company in its field over the span of 40 years, A. Tuncay SAGUN’s greatest ambition is to elevate SAGUN into a globally recognized brand. Beyond his achievements as a businessman, A. Tuncay SAGUN has served for 12 years as the President of the Istanbul Association of Seafood and Animal Products Exporters, as well as a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly Sector Council.

Born in 1963, Tuncay SAGUN is married and the father of two children.
